Kindly read the following Instructions before Filling up the Form
- At the time of interview, only parents should accompany the candidate. No tutor/cousin/uncle/aunt is allowed.
- Original Documents must be produced at the time of Form Submission as well as Interview. The same will be returned after verification on the same day.
- Self Attested Xerox Copies of the following documents should be submitted along with the Form:
- Corporation Birth Certificate
- Hospital/Nursing Home Discharge Certificate where the child was born
- Caste Certificate (if applicable): SC/ST/OBC
- Report Card of previous school + Current Year's fee book
- FOR CHRISTIAN-CATHOLICS ONLY:
- Baptism Certificate of the candidate
- Letter from Parish Priest certifying residence of the parents in his Parish
- Marriage Certificate of parents/Affidavit by 1st Class Magistrate
- Aadhaar Card of both parents & candidate
- Latest Income Proof of working parent: Pay Slip/IT File (Assessment Year + Self Declaration
- Latest Address Proof in case the residential address does not match the Aadhaar Card
- If the Guardian is going to support the educational expense of the child, then an undertaking letter, aadhaar card and income proof of the guardian should be attached along with a photograph.
- Spellings of the names of the candidate & parents will be taken from the candidate's birth certificate. Any change in spelling will only be considered if you produce an affidavit by a First Class Magistrate.
- The Admission Committee is solely responsible for the processing of the application forms and for the final list of selected candidates. The decision shall remain FINAL.
- No Recommendation by a third party shall be entertained. Any attempt at seeking admission through dubious means, such as offering donations, will automatically debar the candidate from the list of applicants.
- PARENTS ARE ALSO WARNED AGAINST SO-CALLED AGENTS CLAIMING TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE SCHOOL AUTHORITIES.
- FEES ONCE PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

The Application Forms for admission into NURSERY, L.K.G. & U.K.G. for the Academic Session 2027–2028 will be issued to eligible candidates only on producing ORIGINAL copies of:
- Corporation Birth Certificate (for all)
- Baptism Certificate (for Roman Catholics only)
Forms will be available from Monday, 03.08.2026 onwards (Monday to Wednesday, except Public Holidays) from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. only on payment of ₹ 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) in cash from the School Office.
The instructions given in the application form must be read and followed strictly.

- Corporation Birth Certificate / Baptism Certificate (for Roman Catholics only)
- Report Card of the previous year/class
- Current year's ID card of the student / Half-yearly report card of the current class (if half-yearly exam has already taken place)
